There are many books written by many teachers, however of the many pupils to have lessons with me, this book is the only one to have sent students to me!!! Now that is a pretty good endorsement. It's full of pictures of bad posture, twisted spines and before and after photos. Although the written style is a little doctored, it is a very definitive book on the Alexander Technique and highly recommended.
