Do you love wearing heels to work?
However, before your day has even started, you step off the tube and you're already thinking the heels were a bad idea!
High heels are the standard uniform for today's working women, but the irony is that the working woman's shoe is anything but practical. Without effective precautions, painful high heels can distract women and turn every day work activities such as presentations, board meetings, networking events and everyday activities at work into an agonising, uncomfortable torture.
Walking in Stilettos is a set of pioneering mobile workshops founded by High Heel expert Chyna Whyne and assisted by Nick Chapman. We use a blend of the Alexander Technique and other well founded techniques to teach and educate women in the corporate world to walk well with safety, elegance and ease, whilst preventing unnecessary injuries and discomfort in the workplace.

Chyna educates her audience with vital tips such as feet exercises before wearing high heels, and what to look for when choosing a pair of high heels. There is joy and laughter all around, when Chyna introduces her bonus tips on how to tease and entice.
The full production of Sexy heels in the City can last between 40 mins - 3 hours (as stipulated by the client). The Benefits
The link between upholding a perceived image of beauty and actually enduring pain is still very much prevalent today. High heels raise British women’s self-esteem, according to a recent survey conducted by COMPEED. Almost half of British women (48%) state they feel more confident when wearing high heels at work and nearly a quarter (24%) feel more assertive and acknowledged by others. High heels are the standard uniform for many working women in Britain, leaving those who do not adhere to this fashion feeling out of place in the workplace. Almost a fifth of women (18%) believe that wearing high heels can have a positive effect on their work life, giving them a greater chance of promotion. However, high-heeled shoes, when worn for a lengthy period of time, commonly cause discomfort, pain and fatigue.
